Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Rotating call
Engaging in this role exposes you to the latest interventional radiology techniques and offers the satisfaction of making a meaningful impact in the healthcare setting. Desired Professional Background:
- ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist
- State licensure (as applicable)
- At least one year of recent interventional radiology experience in a hospital setting
- Outstanding technical proficiency in imaging and sterile technique
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to new protocols
Role Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment for IR procedures
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and clinical teams
- Prepare patients and provide necessary pre- and post-procedure care
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control standards
- Accurately document all procedures and maintain detailed patient records
- Respond efficiently to emergent and on-call situations
