A specialized role is available for an Interventional Radiology Technologist skilled in both peripheral vascular and neurovascular imaging procedures. This position supports a Level 1 trauma and stroke center within a high-acuity environment equipped with advanced imaging technology, including Siemens single and biplane C-arms. The role requires proficiency in complex IR cases such as stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, drainage procedures, vascular studies, and neurological interventions.

Job Details:
- Contract position
- Shift: Night, 4 shifts per week of 10 hours each (9:00 PM 7:00 AM)
- On-call requirement every 3rd or 4th weekend, starting Friday evening through Monday morning
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IR Technologist
- Proficiency in both peripheral vascular and neurovascular IR procedures
- Ability to scrub and circulate in advanced IR cases including stents, angioplasties, angiograms, nephrostomies, and various vascular and neurological studies
- Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) and BLS (Basic Life Support)
Responsibilities:
- Support complex interventional procedures in a four-room IR suite, working alongside a team of two technologists per room
- Assist with trauma, stroke, and vascular interventions including embolizations, PE thrombectomy, IVC filter placement, central line insertions, and more
- Participate in call rotations with clear expectations for managing call-in shifts
