Stepping into this Interventional Radiology Tech role means engaging daily with a diverse patient populationfrom adults to pediatricspresenting a broad range of cases from the Emergency Department, ICUs, nursing units, and outpatient services. Schedule/Hours:
- Shifts available on first, second, third, and weekends based on current needs (13-week assignments)
- No rotation between weekends and weekdays; fixed shifts according to contract
- On-call required, distributed fairly across the team
- Holiday coverage expected unless previous approval
Qualifications:
- ARRT-R credentialing and active BLS required
- Minimum one year of clinical Interventional Radiology experience
- Strong communication skills, helpfulness, and a cooperative approach highly valued
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with high patient acuity
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of IR procedures using advanced Siemens and Cannon bi-plane technology
- Document using EPIC EMR
- Collaborate closely with team leads, supervisors, and imaging managers
- Maintain high standards in patient care and safety protocols
