This opportunity provides extensive professional growth through exposure to cutting-edge interventional radiology procedures, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and learning from diverse leadership styles in a hospital recognized as both a Chest Pain and Stroke Center.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Choose between 4 x 10-hour shifts (0700-1730) or 5 x 8-hour shifts (0800-1630)
  • Every 4-6 week schedule cycle
  • 3-4 call days per month
  • Weekend call rotation: Every 5th-6th weekend (Friday end of shift through Monday 0800)
  • No regular weekend rotation outside of call
  • Black scrubs provided, free parking

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered ARRT-R or RCIS required
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years IR Tech experience
  • Experience scrubbing, circulating, assisting in a variety of interventional radiology procedures
  • Comfortable with technology/equipment: Siemens systems, Epic EMR, Sonosite Ultrasound, Baxter IV Pumps
  • Team-oriented; able to work collaboratively with providers, APPs, and RNs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist and scrub on complex interventional radiology cases (venous access, embolizations, thrombectomy, biopsies, drainage, and more)
  • Prepare and provide supplies and maintain procedural readiness
  • Circulate and operate imaging equipment efficiently and safely
  • Deliver excellent patient care as part of a high-functioning procedural team
