Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain interventional radiology equipment while adhering to safety standards
- Collaborate with radiologists and medical teams to perform minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Prepare patients and explain procedures to ensure comfort and compliance
- Manage imaging records and assist in post-procedure patient care
- Follow sterile techniques and infection control guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Active ARRT certification in Radiography; additional IR credentialing preferred
- State licensure (if applicable) in Texas
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an IR Tech in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
