Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech)
• Registered by ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) or equivalent

• Demonstrated ability to follow physician instructions accurately and ensure patient safety

Schedule/Hours:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment according to procedural requirements
• Assist interventional radiologists during procedures by anticipating needs and responding promptly to instructions
• Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and hospital policies
• Accurately document patient information, imaging results, and maintain detailed records
• Support and educate patients, addressing any concerns or questions before, during, and after procedures
• Contribute to team meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and department goals
