Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT certification in Interventional Radiology (IR) or equivalent
- Valid state licensure for radiologic technology
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on IR Tech experience preferred
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting IR imaging equipment
- BLS certification required; ACLS a plus
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for interventional procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
- Monitor patients during procedures and respond to emergent needs
- Adhere to sterile techniques and infection prevention measures
- Support and educate patients and families throughout the procedure process
