A healthcare opportunity is available for a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist with expertise in imaging and patient-focused diagnostic procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Producing high-quality radiologic images by selecting appropriate exposure factors and positioning.
• Preparing and instructing patients for imaging examinations, assisting Radiologists during procedures.
• Operating imaging equipment safely and efficiently while reporting any malfunctions.
• Ensuring timely completion of procedures and supporting departmental workflow.
• Maintaining medication security and demonstrating adherence to patient rights and confidentiality.
• Utilizing Hospital Information System (HIS), Radiology Information System (RIS), and PACS effectively.
• Participating in hospital performance improvement initiatives and maintaining professional communication.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current New York State License or eligibility to obtain it before the start date.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Interventional Radiology.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• VIR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team collaboration, respect, and patient sensitivity.
