Schedule/Hours:
- 10-hour day shift, 7:00 AM5:30 PM
- No weekends except when on call
- On call for vascular and IR (1012 days per month); must be within a 45-minute response time
- Holiday coverage as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of IR Tech experience
- Previous travel assignment experience (at least one completed travel contract required)
- Clinical expertise in IR, PV, and Vascular work, including pulmonary embolism procedures
- Active Illinois state license, ARRT certification, CPR, and ACLS credentials
- Submittal materials: updated resume, recent supervisor reference, completed skills checklist, IL license verification
- Not open to new graduates
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced interventional radiology, peripheral vascular, and vascular procedures in a fast-paced hospital
- Respond to on-call situations for vascular emergencies within designated timeframes
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and imaging staff for optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and radiology standards
