Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology, with additional credentials in Interventional Radiology preferred
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
• Demonstrated experience operating and troubleshooting imaging and IR equipment
• In-depth knowledge of sterile techniques and radiation safety protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and equipment for a variety of interventional radiology procedures
• Assist radiologists and physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout
• Accurately capture and process high-quality diagnostic images according to physician instructions
• Maintain equipment, monitor inventory of supplies, and contribute to a safe, compliant work environment
• Document patient histories and procedural details in compliance with facility policies and privacy regulations
• Provide patient education regarding procedures, aftercare, and follow-up instructions
• Respond promptly to emergent situations, demonstrating sound judgment and technical proficiency
