Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
- Call required
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree or equivalent required
- Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) license
- Current State/District Radiology license
- 2 years of recent experience as an Imaging IR Tech
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of a radiological program
- Current state Radiation Quality Standards
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the assignment site
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiologic functions for special procedures and other interventional examinations
- Collaborate with physicians during interventional procedures and support diagnostics through organ or body scans
- Administer and accurately record isotope dosage according to departmental protocols
- Monitor patients during procedures and promptly report abnormal activity
