This opportunity is for an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist skilled in imaging techniques. The role requires a minimum of two years of experience and current certifications in ARRT Radiography (R) and Basic Life Support (BLS). Candidates new to this setting are welcome to apply.
Work Schedule:
- Four 10-hour weekday shifts
- Shift hours: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 30-minute lunch breaks
- Rotating days off based on business and scheduling needs
- No on-call or float responsibilities
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Interventional Radiology imaging
- ARRT Radiography (R) certification is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work within a structured 4x10-hour day shift format
- Strong attention to detail and patient care focus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of radiologists
- Prepare and position patients for IR procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort
- Operate imaging equipment following established protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams during interventions
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging reports
