Schedule/Hours:
- MondayFriday, 7:00 am3:30 pm
- Call required
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent; completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- Current State/District Radiology license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of a radiological program
- Minimum 2 years relevant imaging experience
- Must live at least 100 miles away
- Compliance with current state Radiation Quality Standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Execute radiological functions for special procedures and a variety of interventional examinations
- Assist physicians during interventional procedures, providing crucial diagnostic support for organ and body scans
- Administer and accurately record isotope dosages per departmental protocol
- Observe and monitor patients during procedures, reporting any abnormal activity promptly
