As an Imaging - IR Tech, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care to patients of all ages by performing specialized imaging procedures across interventional, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional settings.

Schedule/Hours:

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IR Tech or in a similar imaging role
  • Knowledgeable in performing diverse diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in using imaging equipment
  • Expertise in preparing and positioning patients safely for all required studies
  • Strong adherence to department protocols and patient care standards
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting patient needs
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment for accurate diagnoses and effective treatments
  • Conduct high-quality studies for interventional, vascular hybrid, and neuro-interventional cases
  • Collaborate with physicians, the Chief Technologist, and the Vascular Institute Manager to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide age-appropriate care tailored to individual patient needs
  • Follow all safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment for patients and staff
  • Set up examination rooms and help manage procedural workflows efficiently
  • Maintain clear and accurate patient records according to department standards
