Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Completion of a certificate or degree program in Electrophysiology or related imaging modalities
- Current ARRT or equivalent certification preferred
- Arrhythmia recognition and EP procedure competency
- Experience with EP mapping, ablation procedures, device implantation, and troubleshooting
- BLS/ACLS certification required
- At least one year of recent relevant experience in an EP lab setting
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support physicians during electrophysiology procedures, including complex ablations and device implants
- Operate advanced EP lab equipment with precision and safety
- Document procedural events accurately within electronic records
- Oversee equipment setup, calibration, and maintenance
- Ensure optimal patient care before, during, and after procedures
- Participate in collaborative team meetings and ongoing quality improvement processes
