This travel position places you at the center of advanced cardiovascular care, working closely with physicians to assist with arteriograms and specialized radiologic procedures within a leading medical environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare examination areas for specialized procedures
- Position patients and operate complex radiology equipment following standard techniques
- Assist physicians with procedures by circulating, passing materials, and taking exposures as directed
- Provide care appropriate to all patient ages served
- Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique and established safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Radiologic Technology
- IEMA licensure in Radiology and ARRT registration required
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Successful completion of a 2-year accredited radiologic technology program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous patient care experience preferred
