Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment; specific shifts and scheduling details provided during the interview process.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current certification or registration as an EP Tech (Electrophysiology Technologist)
- ARRT certification in radiography or equivalent, preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital-based electrophysiology or imaging department
- Proficiency with EP lab equipment and imaging modalities
- Ability to interpret physician orders and protocols
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with electrophysiology procedures, including device implantation and ablation
- Operate imaging equipment to obtain optimal images for diagnostic interpretation
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Provide technical support for physicians and nursing staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
