Key Schedule Information:

Key Qualifications:

  • Associates degree from an accredited program
  • IEMA Radiology licensure
  • ARRT registration (Radiologic Technologist)
  • BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • Completion of two years training at an approved school of radiologic technology
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous patient care experience is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare examination areas and position patients for specialized radiologic procedures
  • Sterile setup and assistance to physicians with arteriograms and other imaging interventions
  • Operate complex radiology equipment using established techniques and routines
  • Accurately follow all procedural protocols and patient safety standards
  • Provide age-appropriate care to a diverse patient population
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
  • Support the team by passing materials, operating equipment, and capturing exposures as directed
