Dedicated professionals with expertise in echocardiography are sought to provide high-quality imaging services on a contract basis. This opportunity centers on second-shift coverage to support patient care and diagnostic excellence.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 2:00 PM 10:30 PM (Second Shift)

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficient in performing transthoracic echocardiograms
• Skilled in starting IVs and administering Definity contrast as needed
• Certification as an Echo Technician; relevant state licensure and credentials current and in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication abilities
• Prior experience with a variety of ultrasound and echocardiography equipment preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and record transthoracic echocardiogram studies accurately and efficiently
• Start IVs and inject Definity when contrast is indicated for enhanced imaging
• Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality throughout procedures
• Provide preliminary technical impressions to interpreting physicians
• Manage workflow, scheduling, and timely documentation of imaging studies
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and that infection control practices are followed

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
