Schedule/Hours:
- Travel assignment (specific schedule based on facility needs)
Key Qualifications:
- ARDMS or CCI certification in echocardiography (or eligibility)
- Proficient in adult echocardiographic techniques, including 2D, Doppler, and M-Mode imaging
- Experience with stress and portable echo studies
- Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and pathology
- Comfortable adapting to new systems and protocols
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality echocardiographic exams using state-of-the-art equipment
- Accurately document and review results for physician interpretation
- Collaborate with cardiologists and the broader healthcare team
- Maintain ultrasound equipment; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Adjust to new policies and procedures quickly in a fast-paced environment
