Key Qualifications:
- Current credentialing in Echo Imaging (RDCS or RCS preferred)
- Proven experience performing echocardiograms with high accuracy
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound imaging equipment
- Thorough understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in dynamic healthcare settings
- Active BLS certification
- Previous travel experience is a plus but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality echocardiographic imaging studies as ordered by physicians
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of findings
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other team members for patient-centered care
- Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment according to protocols
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Educate and support patients throughout the imaging process
