A healthcare facility is seeking an experienced Echo Technologist to provide high-quality cardiac imaging services. This contract opportunity offers a set daytime scheduleideal for professionals looking for consistency and a dynamic clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Daytime hours: 9:00 am 5:30 pm
• No call required
• Immediate start available

Qualifications:

• BLS certification required
• CCI or RDCS certification in cardiac ultrasound (Registered Cardiac Sonographer)
• Demonstrated proficiency in performing echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging studies
• Previous experience in a high-volume imaging setting preferred
• Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with physicians and care teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiographic exams, including but not limited to transthoracic and stress echocardiograms
• Operate and maintain ultrasound imaging equipment, following standard protocols
• Accurately document findings and support precise diagnostic reporting for physicians
• Interact with patients in a compassionate, professional manner to ensure comfort and understanding before, during, and after procedures
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure timely and efficient workflow within the imaging department
• Remain up to date with relevant best practices and participate in ongoing quality assurance processes

$2,322 - $2,448/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
