Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Board certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in Cardiac or Vascular Sonography
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) or Healthcare Provider Certification (HCP)
• Minimum of one year full-time experience as a Cardiac Sonographer in a similar acute care setting (500+ bed facility), with two or more years strongly preferred
• Experience with Definity contrast administration
• Familiarity with EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
• All licenses and certifications must be current throughout the contract duration

Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiographic examinations with precision and attention to patient care standards
• Administer Definity contrast agents safely according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams within a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC EMR
• Comply with all facility policies, including completing mandatory compliance requirements prior to start date
