Job Description

This travel opportunity offers a dynamic role for experienced Echo Technologists skilled in both adult and pediatric imaging, including Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE). The assignment is based in Mesquite, NM, at a well-equipped healthcare facility. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with evening and weekend call rotation required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography procedures on adult and pediatric patients
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images for cardiology assessment
  • Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care
  • Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend call rotation as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Cardiac Echo Technologist
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Valid ARDMS and state licensure in New Mexico required
  • Professional credentials: RDCS, RCS, or ACS required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric and adult echocardiography including TEEs
