This travel opportunity offers a dynamic role for experienced Echo Technologists skilled in both adult and pediatric imaging, including Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE). The assignment is based in Mesquite, NM, at a well-equipped healthcare facility. The schedule consists of Monday through Friday day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with evening and weekend call rotation required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography procedures on adult and pediatric patients
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images for cardiology assessment
- Work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnosis and patient care
- Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Participate in after-hours and weekend call rotation as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Cardiac Echo Technologist
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Valid ARDMS and state licensure in New Mexico required
- Professional credentials: RDCS, RCS, or ACS required
- Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric and adult echocardiography including TEEs
