Job Description

A professional opportunity is available for an experienced echocardiography specialist to provide high-quality, comprehensive echocardiogram studies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proficient in performing quality and complete echocardiogram studies
  • Current Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) certification
  • Completion of an accredited non-invasive cardiovascular training program focused on echocardiography
  • Completion of a recognized course in arrhythmia detection
  • Minimum of 2 years of current experience as a registered echocardiography professional
  • CPR certification accepted by AHA or ARC
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail and time management abilities
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team with sound technical judgment
