A specialized opportunity is available for a skilled cardiac sonographer with expertise in echocardiography, offering an engaging contract position in Ewa Beach, HI. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Board registration by the American Registry of Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) in Cardiac or Vascular Sonography is required.
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS/HCP) certification.
• Licenses and certifications must remain current throughout the contract duration.
• Minimum of one year full-time experience as a cardiac sonographer in a comparable medical center (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center), with two or more years highly preferred.
• Proficiency in administering Definity contrast agent.
• Prior experience working with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) is necessary.
• Compliance with all credentialing and onboarding requirements to be completed prior to contract start.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret cardiac ultrasound examinations.
• Ensure accurate and timely imaging to assist in patient diagnosis and care planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an acute care hospital setting.
• Maintain professional and technical standards per regulatory guidelines.
