Job Description

Seeking an experienced Echo Technician to support critical cardiac imaging services in a community healthcare setting. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in echocardiography to deliver high-quality diagnostic care at a critical access hospital. The position involves working four 8-hour day shifts per week, providing a balanced schedule that supports work-life needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform transthoracic and other echocardiographic procedures with precision, ensuring accurate imaging to assist in patient diagnosis.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and the cardiac care team to provide timely and detailed diagnostic information.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to patient safety protocols and maintain detailed patient records.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Proven skills in echocardiography, including proficiency in multiple echo imaging techniques.
  • Certification or relevant accreditation as an Echocardiography Technologist preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
