Schedule/Hours:

  • Must be available for call, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in echocardiography, including adult, pediatric, transesophageal, and stress echocardiograms
  • Ability to perform measurements and calculations following strict laboratory protocols
  • Skilled in clearly communicating findings to interpreting physicians and healthcare team members
  • Confident administering Ultrasound Enhancing Agents (UEA) and conducting saline bubble studies, as needed
  • Strong focus on patient safety and well-being in the Echo department
  • Flexibility to take on-call shifts and adapt to weekend or holiday rotations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive cardiac imaging studies as assigned
  • Provide concise oral summaries of preliminary findings when requested
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all patients
  • Perform additional related duties as required by leadership
