Schedule/Hours:

• Call required
• Rotating weekends and holidays

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven competence in all adult, pediatric, transesophageal (including structural heart), and stress echocardiograms (as applicable to facility standards)
• Proficient in performing and documenting measurements and calculations per laboratory protocols
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
• Experience administering Ultrasound Enhancing Agents and conducting saline bubble studies (preferred)
• Ready to ensure patient safety and well-being throughout imaging procedures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including call, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive cardiac imaging examinations across a range of modalities
• Document, calculate, and report findings following laboratory protocols
• Summarize preliminary results verbally to interpreting physicians when requested
• Maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and comfort
• Assist with ultrasound contrast administration and related studies
• Take initiative on other assigned tasks as needed
