A travel opportunity is available for an experienced Echo Technologist specializing in adult and pediatric imaging, including stress echo, basic echo, and transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE). This role requires proficiency in performing echocardiographic procedures and the ability to manage NICU baby scans as needed.
Location:
Abbeville, South Carolina offers a charming small-town atmosphere with access to natural parks and historic sites, providing a comfortable and inviting environment for both work and leisure.
Schedule/Hours:
- 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts
- One week of call every 8 weeks
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as an Echo Technologist skilled in adult and pediatric echocardiography
- Ability to perform stress echo, basic echo, and TEE procedures
- Experience with imaging NICU babies is a significant plus
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive echocardiographic exams on adult and pediatric patients
- Perform stress echocardiograms and TEE procedures with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver quality patient care
- Maintain patient records and ensure equipment is properly handled and sanitized
