Schedule:
- 4x10 hour day shifts
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in radiologic technology required
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred, or equivalent certifications
- Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) license for the state of practice required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification (including ARRT-Radiography) required
- Fluoroscopy license required
- Current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum of three years' technical experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
- Accurately follow imaging protocols and physician orders
- Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
- Implement proper radiation safety measures and infection control
- Document all procedures in the medical record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform quality assurance checks and maintain imaging equipment
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuous education activities
