Job Description

Schedule:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week (Days)

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in radiologic technology is required
  • Bachelors Degree or higher in a related field is preferred (some certifications may require a Bachelors)
  • Masters Degree is a plus
  • At least three years of technical imaging experience is preferred
  • Current Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in the state of practice
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required
  • ARRT-Radiography (ARRT-R) certification required
  • Current valid Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS/HS-BLS/RQIBLS) certification required
  • Fluoroscopy license required
  • Demonstrable experience and proficiency in both CT and X-ray imaging

Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT and X-ray imaging equipment efficiently and safely according to radiologic protocols
  • Perform a range of diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures and educate them about the process
  • Maintain equipment, monitor its performance, and report any malfunctions
  • Accurately document patient procedures and imaging outcomes
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality diagnostic insights
