Qualifications and Experience:

• ARRT certification in Radiography; CT certification preferred
• Proficiency in both CT and X-Ray modalities
• Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or clinical imaging environment
• Strong understanding of imaging safety protocols and radiation protection
• Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff
• Excellent patient communication and care skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic CT and X-Ray imaging procedures following physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure high-quality images for accurate interpretation and diagnosis
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring its optimal function and reporting any issues
• Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures clearly, and maintain a calming and professional environment
• Accurately document patient data and procedure details in the electronic health record
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and infection control policies
• Assist with transporting patients and managing workflow to optimize department efficiency
