Qualifications:

• Current certification/licensure as a CT Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Proficient in both CT and X-Ray imaging techniques and safety protocols
• Demonstrated experience with imaging equipment and PACS systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of CT and X-ray examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
• Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after imaging procedures
• Accurately document patient information and imaging results in the electronic medical record system
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure optimal operation and image quality
• Adhere to strict standards of patient privacy and HIPAA requirements
• Effectively communicate with patients to explain procedures and answer questions, fostering a supportive environment
