Embark on a rewarding overnight opportunity utilizing your expertise in imaging as a CT/X-Ray technologist. This contract role seeks a detail-oriented professional with a passion for high-quality patient care and technical proficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Schedule:
- 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m.)
- Flexible scheduling available (10- or 8-hour shifts, overnight only)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with CT and X-Ray imaging in a clinical setting
- Proficiency using GE CT and X-Ray equipment (CT 128 GE Ascend Revolution; GE Fuji digital plate hybrid)
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and Fuji Synapse PACs strongly preferred
- Current certifications as required for CT/X-Ray technologists
- Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality CT and X-Ray imaging procedures following physician orders
- Operate and maintain GE imaging equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Accurately document procedures and patient information within Epic EMR
- Collaborate with other care team members and radiologists to deliver superior patient care
- Maintain a compassionate and professional approach while assisting patients during overnight hours
- Safeguard patient confidentiality and follow all hospital protocols
