Step into a critical role delivering advanced diagnostic imaging services as a CT Technologist serving two leading facilities. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work with cutting-edge equipment, support patient care, and experience variety in your weekly routine.

Schedule:

• 5x8 hour day shifts
• Primary site is in Mount Kisco, NY
• One day each week in Danbury, CT

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology or CT program
• Valid ARRT (CT) certification or eligibility
• New York State radiologic technologist licensure (or eligibility), with ability to obtain CT licensure in Connecticut if required
• Prior experience in CT procedures and protocols strongly preferred
• Proficiency with imaging equipment, contrast administration, and safety standards
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physicians orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Assess patient histories and educate patients and families about procedures
• Utilize PACS, RIS, and EMR systems to accurately document imaging procedures
• Follow all safety protocols regarding radiation exposure, equipment operation, and infection control
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal imaging results
• Transport and position patients as needed for optimal imaging
• Maintain equipment and supplies in exam rooms, reporting any malfunctions promptly
