An experienced and detail-oriented professional is needed for a contract role specializing in Imaging CT. This position will involve working as a CT Technologist, providing excellent diagnostic imaging services to patients. The primary worksite is in Mount Kisco, with one shift per week at an additional location in Danbury, CT.

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour day shifts per week
• Primarily based at Mount Kisco
• One day per week required in Danbury, CT

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification required
• Valid state license (as appropriate for NY and CT)
• Proven experience as a CT Technologist, with a strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and imaging protocols
• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying workflow demands
• Proficiency in operating CT equipment and performing routine quality control checks
• Excellent patient care and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and position patients for CT imaging procedures
• Operate advanced CT scanners and associated equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow department protocols and physician orders for each imaging exam
• Ensure accurate capture of high-quality diagnostic images
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including infection-control procedures
• Document all procedures and results accurately in electronic medical record systems
• Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff
