Working in this respected facility, youll collaborate with seasoned professionals in a Level 1 Trauma Center and primary stroke center. This position is ideal for imaging professionals eager to gain exposure to various workplace practices and leadership methods, building out your resume while significantly enriching your clinical expertise.
Schedule/Hours:
- Potential for contract extension to align with a 6-month timeframe
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' imaging experience (CT focus)
- Current BLS, ACR, and IEMA certificationsrequired
- EPIC charting experience is a must
- GE equipment experience highly preferred
- Familiarity with general CT and vascular procedures
- COVID vaccination required per facility guidelines
- Open to first-time travelers (upon review)
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT imaging for both inpatient and outpatient (general and vascular) patients
- Manage a 1:1 patient ratio, providing dedicated, detail-oriented care
- Collaborate with supportive unit leadership and professionals in a Magnet-designated teaching hospital
- Accurately document all procedures using EPIC
- Ensure adherence to PPE protocols for a safe work environment
