Job Description

A healthcare facility in Warner Robins, GA, is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services within a Level 1 Trauma designated teaching hospital. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with advanced imaging technology and serve a diverse patient population in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities include performing computed tomography (CT) scans for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients. You will use state-of-the-art equipment such as Philips PACS and GE scanners while documenting all procedures in the EPIC electronic medical record system. The role requires skill in IV starts and adherence to hospital protocols, with detailed orientation and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • At least 4 years of clinical experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT certification in CT required
  • Ability to perform IV starts
  • Familiarity with hospital imaging software and equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient types
  • No first-time travelers accepted for this position

Schedule:

  • Variable shift times with a 13-week rotating schedule cycle
  • Weekend rotations not required
  • No on-call duties
  • Holiday work required when holidays fall during contract timeframe
  • Return-to-office requests require managerial approval
