This travel assignment promises valuable exposure to diverse imaging protocols and departmental leadership styles, equipping you with skills that set your resume apart. Working in a high-volume CT department, youll gain valuable hands-on experience while collaborating with a talented team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm
- No holiday or weekend shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid NYS Diagnostic Imaging License with IV injection credentials
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience in CT (preferred)
- R.T. (R) registered
- Proficient with EMR systems, ideally Epic
- Familiarity with Philips CT scanners is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform independent CT scans for both ER and inpatient services in a busy hospital setting
- Operate Philips CT equipment efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
- Adhere to department and facility protocols, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Demonstrate effective documentation and communication skills using Epic EMR
