This dynamic, contract-based role involves operating advanced computed tomography (CT) equipment to produce high-quality, cross-sectional images of patients' bones, organs, and tissues. Your expertise will directly contribute to diagnosing and assessing medical conditions, ensuring patient care meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment efficiently and safely to capture clear, accurate diagnostic images
• Perform a variety of imaging procedures, including but not limited to CT, general radiography, and fluoroscopy
• Prepare patients for procedures, providing clear explanations and ensuring comfort throughout the process
• Confirm patient identification and procedure details, supporting proper workflow and safety protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal imaging strategies
• Adhere to regulatory standards for patient care, data privacy, and equipment maintenance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of procedures and imaging results

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CT equipment within a healthcare environment
• Proficiency in general radiography and fluoroscopic procedures
• Valid certification or licensure in Radiologic Technology (as required by state laws)
• Up-to-date knowledge of best practices in diagnostic imaging
• Strong interpersonal skills to put patients at ease and work cohesively with colleagues
• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to patient safety and accurate recordkeeping
