Desired Qualifications:
- Registered or certified in CT (Computed Tomography) imaging
- Valid, unrestricted ARRT certification (CT specialty)
- Minimum of one year recent experience in CT imaging (hospital or acute care setting preferred)
- Familiarity with various CT imaging protocols and equipment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging procedures with precision and attention to patient safety
- Position patients, select appropriate technical factors, and ensure image quality
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver timely, accurate results
- Maintain patient privacy and uphold all HIPAA guidelines
- Troubleshoot equipment and report malfunctions promptly
- Assist with contrast administration in accordance with protocols
