An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Certified Cardiac Cath Lab Tech with expertise in CT imaging to support a reputable healthcare facility in Staten Island, NY. Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM 4:03 PM)
- No weekends, on-call, or holidays required
Responsibilities:
- Perform cardiac CT imaging studies including calcium scoring, coronary CT angiography (CCTA), and transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) scans
- Collaborate with cardiology teams to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care
- Operate CT equipment in compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist with patient preparation and post-procedure care
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Current New York Medical Radiologic Technologist (MLT) license or equivalent NY State licensure
- ARRT Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) required; ARRT MR certification preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience performing cardiac CT studies
- Familiarity with cardiac imaging protocols and procedures in a Cath Lab environment
- Ability to start immediately is highly desirable
