This contract position offers a dynamic schedule and the opportunity to expand your skills working with state-of-the-art equipment alongside a supportive clinical team.

Schedule:

• Five 8-hour day shifts per week
• Primary assignments in Spring Valley, NY
• One day each week required at an additional facility in Danbury, CT

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (CT) certification and active state licensure as required
• Demonstrated proficiency with computerized tomography technology and imaging protocols
• Minimum of 1 years recent experience as a CT Tech in an acute care or outpatient setting
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and infection control procedures
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders, utilizing advanced imaging equipment
• Accurately position patients and set technical factors to obtain optimal results while minimizing exposure
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images and adjust protocols as needed
• Maintain detailed records, including patient histories, image documentation, and equipment logs
• Monitor patient status during procedures, responding promptly to concerns or emergencies
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment in all assigned work areas
