Job Description

Step into a vital imaging role, contributing your expertise in CT technology to provide high-quality patient care. As an experienced CT Tech, your skills will support critical diagnostic processes in a dynamic healthcare environment. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as you will be working primarily day shifts and rotating between two facilities.

Schedule:

  • 5x8 hour shifts, day shift
  • Primary location with one day per week at a secondary site

Qualifications:

  • Current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a CT Technologist
  • Active state radiologic technologist license as required
  • Proficiency in operation of CT imaging equipment and related software
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Ability to adapt to different work site protocols and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT imaging procedures, ensuring quality and safety throughout each patient interaction
  • Accurately position patients and operate sophisticated CT equipment
  • Follow established scan protocols and physician instructions for optimal imaging
  • Assess images for diagnostic quality and collaborate with radiologists for further evaluation when needed
  • Maintain procedure documentation and update patient records in compliance with facility standards
  • Strictly adhere to safety and infection control protocols
  • Provide compassionate guidance to patients during scanning procedures
  • Travel between designated locations as scheduled
