Responsibilities:
- Perform all ordered emergency department X-ray and CT examinations with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with a team of skilled full-time technologists, providing expert imaging services primarily during day and night shifts.
- Apply knowledge of trauma imaging protocols, enhancing patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize the Expanse Meditech EMR system to accurately document procedures and patient information.
- Adhere to unit guidelines, including dress code and operational policies, to maintain a professional and safe workplace.
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) required.
- CT certification required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Prior experience in a trauma facility is highly preferred.
- A teamwork-oriented mindset to support collaborative patient care.
