Job Description

A leading hospital in California is seeking an experienced professional with strong skills in Imagingspecifically CTto support their diagnostic imaging team. This contract role is ideal for individuals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality radiologic services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant CT imaging experience
  • Active BLS certification
  • ARRT(CT) credentials
  • Current, valid California radiologic technologist license
  • Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders, department protocols, and safety standards
  • Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images
  • Review images for quality assurance and work closely with radiologists for interpretation
  • Maintain thorough patient records and adhere to healthcare privacy regulations
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
  • Support the imaging department with equipment upkeep and supply management as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless patient care
