A leading hospital in California is seeking an experienced professional with strong skills in Imagingspecifically CTto support their diagnostic imaging team. This contract role is ideal for individuals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality radiologic services.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant CT imaging experience
- Active BLS certification
- ARRT(CT) credentials
- Current, valid California radiologic technologist license
- Proficiency with CT imaging equipment and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail, with effective communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders, department protocols, and safety standards
- Accurately position patients and operate CT equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Review images for quality assurance and work closely with radiologists for interpretation
- Maintain thorough patient records and adhere to healthcare privacy regulations
- Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process
- Support the imaging department with equipment upkeep and supply management as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide seamless patient care
