This position places you within a respected hospital recognized for its Magnet designation, Level 1 Trauma Center, and commitment to both patient care and professional excellence. As a CT Imaging professional, you'll collaborate with healthcare leaders and gain exposure to diverse patient populations, expanding your clinical skills and building an impressive resume for future opportunities.
Grow as you adapt to varied workplace practices, engage with teaching hospital staff, and manage both inpatient and outpatient caseloadsincluding general CT and vascular patients. Schedule/Hours:
- Travel position, potential for extension up to 6 months
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of recent CT Imaging experience
- BLS, ACR, and IEMA certifications (all required)
- Proficient with EPIC charting system (required)
- Experience with GE CT equipment (preferred)
- Covid vaccination required
- Experience in vascular CT imaging is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans for both general and vascular patients in inpatient and outpatient settings
- Navigate EPIC charting with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with a supportive teamincluding direct supervisor oversight
- Maintain strict adherence to PPE protocols and patient safety standards
- Manage approximately 50 patients per shift with 1:1 patient ratios
