Advance your career in medical imaging by utilizing your expertise in computed tomography (CT) technology. This contract opportunity focuses on performing high-quality cross-sectional imaging, supporting physicians in diagnosing a range of medical conditions. You will work with state-of-the-art CT equipment and participate in imaging procedures beyond CT, including general radiography and fluoroscopy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computed tomography equipment to produce detailed images of bones, organs, and tissues.
• Conduct a variety of imaging procedures, not limited to CTgeneral radiography and fluoroscopy skills are essential.
• Ensure accuracy in image quality and patient positioning for optimal diagnostic results.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, explaining procedures and addressing concerns.
• Adhere to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and radiologic safety regulations.
• Assist physicians by providing critical imaging information and participate in multidisciplinary teams as needed.
• Monitor equipment functionality, perform minor troubleshooting, and coordinate with technical support for maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in CT imaging is required, with competency in general radiography and fluoroscopy.
• Current ARRT (RT)(CT) certification or equivalent required.
• Valid state radiologic technologist license, as applicable.
• Strong understanding of imaging protocols, radiation protection, and patient care best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to effective collaboration in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage workflow efficiently, prioritize patient needs, and maintain attention to detail.
