An immediate opportunity is available for a skilled imaging professional with expertise in both CT and PET scanning. The position is based in New Hampshire with a contract engagement. You will be responsible for conducting high-quality PET/CT studies utilizing advanced imaging technologies to support patient care.

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Rotating coverage at two locations

Key Qualifications:

• Certification in Radiologic Technology with current registry in PET and CT modalities
• Proven experience performing PET/CT scans in a clinical environment
• Strong knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and equipment operation
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently both independently and in a collaborative healthcare setting
• Up-to-date CPR certification and compliance with all clinical safety standards

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform and document PET/CT procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the exam
• Operate imaging equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and coordinate with service for maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all data is entered into electronic medical systems promptly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor inventory of imaging supplies and ensure the work environment follows proper infection control practices
