This opportunity calls for an experienced imaging professional skilled in CT, X-Ray, and CT post-processing. You will provide critical diagnostic services using advanced equipment, focusing on CT imaging for stroke patients within a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• ARRT (R) and CT certifications required
• Minimum of 1 year of CT imaging experience preferred
• Proficiency in operating GE Tempo, GE Maxima CT, and AMX equipment
• Experience with Meditech/GE Centricity PACS documentation systems
• Ability to perform all CT and X-ray exams with advanced skills in stroke-related imaging
• CPR certification mandatory
• Professional and empathetic patient interaction approach

Location: Positioned in Saint Johns, FL, this role is located at a 10-bed emergency service department equipped with state-of-the-art imaging technology. The facility offers a supportive work environment with one technologist per shift and allows flexible floating opportunities across other emergency satellite facilities or hospital locations nearby.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and interpret a variety of CT and X-ray diagnostic exams, with special emphasis on acute stroke protocols
• Adhere strictly to hospital policies and guidelines while maintaining a professional appearance in black scrubs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care and service efficiency
• Work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations alongside hospital staff
• Maintain accurate documentation using established PACS systems

Schedule/Hours:

• Weekend rotations and holiday shifts are expected in alignment with facility policies
