Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification in Radiologic Technology; advanced certification in CT preferred
- Valid state licensure as required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in CT imaging
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Current BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform CT imaging procedures according to established protocols
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients throughout imaging processes
- Accurately position patients for optimal imaging results
- Maintain and operate all CT equipment efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to deliver timely, precise diagnostic information
- Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and regulatory standards
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records
